Job Description
Our Country Business is looking to recruit an exceptional agent to run our New Forest and Isle of Wight sales market. This is a rare and unique opportunity to work in one of the UK’s most picturesque areas, listing and selling exceptional homes.

Responsibilities
1. Lead market appraisals and negotiate deals.
2. Develop staff and build relationships at all levels.
3. Strategically build a sales business that will deliver results now and in the future.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team in our Winchester office and the Country House Department in London.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable agent, who is self-sufficient, self-motivated, and has strong leadership skills. Knowledge of the New Forest and Isle of Wight area would be beneficial but not essential.
