Job Description
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
1. Manage multiple negotiated retail construction projects simultaneously
2. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
4. Communicate regularly with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
6. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
7. Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials
8. Lead project team meetings and coordinate project activities with other departments within the company
9. Assist in the planning and execution of multifamily and hospitality projects as needed

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
11. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on negotiated retail construction projects
12. Strong organizational and communication skills
13. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
14. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
15. Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting
16. Experience using project management software and tools
17. Ambitious and driven, with a passion for achieving exceptional results
18. Familiarity with multifamily and hospitality projects a plus
