Job vacancy for Dual Registered Manager in Nottingham for immediate start
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a high-quality service level.
• Carry out audits to monitor the service performance.
• To always ensure the service delivery is person centred and evidenced in the support plans, rotas, staff and service meetings, induction, training and culture of the service.
• Care plans, risk assessments, supervisions and appraisals completed in an effective and timely manner.
• Ensure that all necessary records are complete, accurate and legible, and available to authorised persons when required.
Requirements:
• Must have previous RM experience
• Type of home(s) EBD
• Level 4/5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.
• 2+ years of experience in a home care management role.
• A strong understanding of local and national regulations governing home care agencies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
