We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Team Manager to join our telecommunication campaign, on behalf of the UK's top mobile network, at our award-winning call centre in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call centre management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales performance. This role involves managing and motivating a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional service and compliance KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents.
2. Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
4. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
6. Analyze sales data and trends to identify team improvement areas.
7. Work closely with the senior management team to align strategies with overall company objectives.
8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Implement systems to track and report on sales metrics, call quality, and conversion rates.
10. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
11. Training and Development: Liaise with Learning and Development manager to deliver ongoing training to sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
12. Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the team's capabilities.
13. Process Optimisation: Collaborate with dialler management and other campaigns to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
14. Implement technology solutions to enhance productivity and customer experience.
15. Customer Focus: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through monitoring of NPS, personal conversations, and compliance scores.
16. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and build customer rapport.
