Project Management Intern - Springfields, UK
Working under the guidance of a Project Manager or Program Manager, responsible for the delivery support of a project management service from feasibility through design, implementation, and handover.
Responsible for the delivery of tasks and delivery support as part of a large complex project, complete delivery of a small project or multiple minor tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):
• Support the Project Managers in planning, directing, and coordinating the team's activities to manage and implement tasks or small projects from initiation to final close.
• Support the Project Managers in reviews of all project economics, to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
• Supports the Project Manager in identifying and assembling the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements.
• Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on activities related to the project.
• Adheres to the established project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.
• Supports the Project Manager in status review meetings among project team members and customers
• Supports the Project Manager in controls project requirements, scope and change management issues.
• Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information exchange among key stakeholders.
