Role Description
This is a full-time on-site (possibly hybrid) role for a Commercial Director located in Chichester. The Commercial Director will be responsible for overseeing all commercial business planning and management, ensuring that NPD and sales strategies are maximized and aligned.

* Experience in Business Planning and Commercial Management within a brand environment is essential.
* Experience of brand collaboration and licensing with third parties.
* Brand sales expansion and strong personal sales skills are essential.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
* Ability to think innovatively and produce disruptive commercial opportunities.
* Strong understanding of NPD with an imaginative approach to grassroots product input.
* Personable, yet strong in character, with good listening skills to achieve optimal results.
* Strong leadership qualities.
