An introduction to the role: As Maintenance Lead at LettUs Grow, you will be a crucial member of our Delivery Team team and you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our aeroponic equipment and research farms run smoothly. Your work will directly impact our customers' success and the development of pioneering agricultural research. The position is full time and based in Bristol from our main office in Brislington as well as our Aeroponic Innovation Centre located in Coalpit Heath. It will require travel to our customer sites across the UK, so a full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a must (you will also have access to our company van, Misty). The desire to engage in a customer facing role is also essential. You can expect to be delegated responsibility at an early stage. Application deadline: Monday, April 21st, 2025 Role responsibilities: Attend customer sites, often independently, to ensure customers’ aeroponic systems operate at peak performance, leveraging our expertise to help them exceed their growing targets and outperform competitors. Maintain, improve, and optimise the equipment in LettUs Grow’s research farms, ensuring the Grow Team can maximise R&D outputs. Oversee fault management, ensuring all field equipment issues are tracked, resolved, and clearly reported, providing essential fault data to support continuous improvement. Assist with assembly and installation of our technology, supporting our delivery team to fulfill customer orders. Who are you? What you need: A full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle (in addition our company van, Misty ). Experience working with electrical systems such as wiring, troubleshooting, assembling and maintaining electrical components. Experience working in an engineering workshop with a wide array of tools. Experience in a customer facing role, this could be in anything from hospitality to business development. A desire to be embedded in a small dynamic company. We are looking for someone who wants to be an integral part of our team & culture. Also desirable: Experience in field service engineering or similar. Knowledge of plumbing systems.
