Job Title: ERP Support Analyst
We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Analyst to join our finance team at Domino's. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with various departments to optimize our ERP processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems within the finance team.
* Collaborate with various departments to optimize ERP processes.
* Manage general ledgers, sales ledgers and purchase ledgers within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dynamics AX2012/365 as an ERP Support Analyst.
* Proven experience in managing financial operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Finance or accounting qualification and certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
* Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
* Flexibility with working hours and participation in a weekly on-call rota is essential.
