ROLE: Creative Director
Very exciting role for an experienced Creative Director to join a well known global FMCG brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Play a key leadership role in shaping the in-house agency's vision, structure, and creative ambition, working closely with senior stakeholders to establish a best-in-class creative function.
2. You'll report to the Head of Marketing Services and lead a team of 15+ creatives, driving creative excellence across multiple international markets.
3. Develop and execute bold, strategic, and high-quality creative concepts that elevate brand presence.
4. Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and creative excellence.
5. Drive the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring the highest quality at every stage, including digital, social, production and on and off-trade.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate globally.
7. Ensure creative workflows are followed and continuously improved to enhance efficiency and exceptional quality, working closely with operations and client services teams to refine processes.
8. In your first 12 months, you'll have helped establish the agency's creative culture, built strong partnerships with marketing teams across key markets, and developed creative processes that enable fast, high-quality execution.
Skills & Experience
1. Experience in a Creative Director position, ideally within a leading agency or an in-house creative team for a global brand.
2. Leads a team of 15+ direct reports as part of a wider 40+ in-house agency team operating across multiple international markets.
3. Proven track record of delivering outstanding creative work across multiple channels and formats.
4. Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; able to persuade and influence at all levels.
5. Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer engagement, and digital marketing trends.
6. Experience in the beverage, food & drink, or FMCG sector is a plus.
