Travel Operations Manager
Base Salary: up to £45,000 + Bonus and Great Benefits
Location: Hybrid - Central London
Our client, a leading travel company, is recruiting for an experienced Travel Operations Manager to support both their corporate and leisure clients.
This role involves managing a small team of support consultants. Candidates must have working knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus.
Experience Required:
1. Previous team leader or management experience within the travel industry is essential.
2. Extensive team leader or management experience ideally within a TMC, but with some leisure experience previously gained.
3. Extensive working knowledge of Galileo and Amadeus.
4. Good knowledge of flights and fares.
5. Strong knowledge of travel products including rail, hotel programmes, and car hire.
Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day duties of a team of support desk staff ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues promptly.
2. Dealing with both corporate and leisure queries, including airfares, ticketing questions, refunds, training, ADM disputes, NDC queries, and more.
3. Monitoring service levels and SLAs.
4. Managing and resolving any client and supplier complaints.
