Job Description
To reinforce our Customer Service Department, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Redditch (United Kingdom) who will work to satisfy customer needs in the management and delivery of orders and services. This position requires coordination with the UK Sales Team and the UK Warehouse to ensure traceability of customer orders and to provide excellent customer service.
The Customer Service Specialist will also be responsible for supporting the business in varying roles, such as product communications, debt/payment management, and marketing.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manage orders via manual orders and JDE software (ERP);
2. Order entry and monitoring until delivery to the customer;
3. Handle customer telephone enquiries and orders;
4. Resolve customer enquiries, delivery issues, and any non-conformities;
5. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Department and the UK Warehouse for special requirements;
6. Customer invoicing, distribution, and issuing credit notes;
7. Support the company with documentation of special transports, price adjustments, and new product information;
8. Maintain the customer database to enable effective communication.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service and general business activities;
2. Experience in a customer-focused role dealing with service and complaints;
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
