Aircraft Fitter to License Programme
Manpower UK is seeking a skilled Aircraft Fitter to join their team on a permanent basis. As an Aircraft Fitter, you will play a crucial role in conducting maintenance and repair certifications on high-performance aircraft. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rotary environments and be in the process of obtaining a licence.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by Maintenance Supervisors. They must possess a working knowledge of UK CAA regulations, particularly Part 145, Part M, and UK ANO requirements. The role involves completing maintenance tasks, including product structure, power plant, and mechanical and electrical systems. Additionally, they will supervise maintenance fitters and certify their work, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
You will also be required to assist in day-to-day operations, including product movement and general housekeeping responsibilities. This position demands DBS Security Clearance and SC clearance eligibility, as well as compliance with ITAR and Export Regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience in a rotary environment, preferably with type training on specific types
* Studying for or holding a licence, with a strong understanding of UK CAA regulations
* DBS Security Clearance and SC clearance eligibility
* Familiarity with ITAR and Export Compliance Regulations
