At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent Opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a world leading manufacturer in the Liverpool area Salary: up to £35,000 Depending On Experience Holidays: 25 days Bank Holidays Location: Liverpool - Fully Office Based Benefits: Enhanced Benefits Package Main Responsibilities to include: Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, screening calls, emails, and other communications. Document Management: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and events. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior leadership, external partners, and clients to coordinate and facilitate meetings and activities. Event Coordination: Organise and support the logistics of internal and external meetings, events, and conferences. Project Management: Assist with the management and tracking of key projects and initiatives within the CEO's office. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the CEO. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, ideally within a corporate environment. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office technology. Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment is desirable.
