The admissions and discharge area is part of a complex dynamic perioperative suite managing a number of different specialities in major to minor reconstructive surgery. If you are successfully appointed to this role and complete a 6-month probationary period, you will be eligible for a two stage New Starter Premium of £1500 in total. You will receive £500 on receipt of your probationary paperwork from your line manager and another £1000 on the one-year anniversary of your start date. This does not include Bank workers or previous employees within the past 12 months. Main duties of the job Main duties are to offer a high standard of 1:1 care to our pre and post operative patients. As a senior practitioner you will be expected to take charge, support junior colleagues and provide a safe, well led service for patients and colleagues. You will exercise judgement in assessing wide ranging patient problems and promote options for optimum patient care. Maintain effective communication with all patients, carers and members of the MDT.
