As part of the Investment Team, you will play an active role across research & analysis, sourcing, due diligence & transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring & reporting. Based in London, you will cover EMEA region with regular opportunities for travel. You will work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment, with frequent opportunities to interact with the firm’s senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Identify and educate colleagues on new, innovative technology trends and markets. Research and form recommendations on emerging themes, industries and companies for the Vision Fund to invest in. Conduct due diligence, build financial models and valuation analysis. Communicate executive-level results and insights with senior leaders in live presentations. Support senior investment team members with transaction execution and develop relationships across functional teams (e.g. legal, tax, finance, capital markets). Actively monitor portfolio companies’ financial and operational performance. Identify possible risks and strategic opportunities. Help on key strategic projects, internal analysis, memos and reporting. Requirements: Excellent communication skills; fluent written and spoken English. Another European language considered beneficial. Around two to four years work experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital or private equity at a leading firm. Bachelor’s degree from a leading university required with strong academic performance. Further education incl. MBA considered positive but not required. Strong experience in financial modelling, valuation analysis, and assessing business model strengths and weaknesses. High attention to detail. Keen interest in technology and innovation. Exceptional strategic, analytical, research, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Driven self-starter and self-guided learner.
