A leading educational consultancy-based business on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead is looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Our client is an ethical, edtech company providing an online career guidance platform for customers around the world. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology, will be able to learn and teach others about their products and will be able to engage with customers at all levels. What’s in it for you? · Salary: Up to £27,500k · Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm · WFH on Monday and Friday (after training) · 26 days holiday increasing to 29 · Excellent training and continual support · A beautiful office environment · A well-stocked ice cream freezer · Relaxed dress code · Annual company event · Free parking Key Responsibilities: · Process management: Manage all relevant customer support processes, making the customer experience as smooth as possible, and always optimising for customer satisfaction; define (and continuously refine) customer success best practices and process across the team. · Answer inbound communication from current and prospective clients · Assist new and existing customers to embed the company products through a combination of consultancy, training and technical support · Provide demonstrations of products and services when relevant · Manage an allocated base of customers to ensure renewals of contracts · Use contact tools and systems to manage the day to day running of the business. These include but are not limited to the CRM Pipedrive, TMO software, Freshdesk and ClickUp · Demonstrate a flexible attitude if requested to assist in other areas of the business when required · Assist with the overall company success and sales strategy as well as marketing messages · Attend training to develop knowledge, techniques, and skills.
