* Location: Newry
* Salary: £35-£45,000 + 10% Bonus

This isn’t your typical HR role. We are looking for someone who’s dedicated to continuous improvement, who can connect with people from all walks of life, and genuinely make a positive impact. This position is key to building leaders and encouraging them to be the best in the business.
Flexible approach to work-life balance throughout the year:
* April-September: 4 days/week (Every Friday Off! not condensed and FT salary)
* October-December: 5 days in office
* January-March: 4.5 Days per week (half-day Fridays WFH)
* 32 days Leave including Statutory holidays

* A degree in HR or equivalent, with CIPD qualification preferred.
