Hours: 15 hours per week over 3 Days (7am – 8am - 3.30pm – 5.30pm) Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £9,740 per annum Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments We are seeking a Premises Assistant to help us ensure that the school sites are clean, secure and safe for all users. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the general care, maintenance and servicing of academy buildings and grounds Working within current health and safety legislation Providing a customer-facing / positive service Helping to maintain a clean, safe, hygienic and secure site You will have: Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting & decorating, general garden maintenance etc Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace A good working knowledge of Microsoft office Full clean driving licence, with access to own transport The ability to work as part of our team and independently The role is based at Dudley Infant Academy, but will also support other Academies in Hastings and St Leonards on a regular basis.
