Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups based on their learning requirements. Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure a holistic support system. Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in supporting students with SEN is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success. Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
