Job Title: Learning & Development Trainer
Location: This role requires travel across the Midlands (Leicestershire, Northamptonshire)
Salary: Up to £28,000 Per Annum

Role Overview
* Delivering in-person training, mandatory training, and non-specialist training.
* Motivating and inspiring learners to achieve and develop their knowledge and skills.
* Planning and delivering effective learning activities for diverse groups in a safe and inclusive environment.
* Providing high-quality, engaging, and informative training sessions both in the classroom and with new hires in a virtual environment.
* Communicating new starter expectations and instructions as part of the induction curriculum.
* Assisting in the development of quality action plans and ensuring delivery of appropriate training for all levels of staff throughout the organisation to achieve a reduction in incidents.
* Promoting a variety of learning approaches to suit the needs of the learners and the organisation.
* Supporting learners who may have specific needs and working creatively to overcome any barriers to learning.
* Delivering learning activities as per regional/organisational requirements.
* Making sound judgements regarding colleague competency and safety in undertaking training and applying learning appropriately.
* Demonstrating the required level of knowledge and underpinning values to competently deliver all elements of the curriculum.
* Delivering training that is flexible to the needs of the core business.
This is not an exhaustive list of activities, and the post holder may be asked to undertake other duties as specified by the Group L&D Manager.
The Main Skills and Experience for This Role
Essential
* Experienced in working in a support or care role in healthcare, social care, or education.
* Hold or be willing to complete an accredited training qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training (QCF) or equivalent).
* Current emergency First Aid at Work (which includes immediate life support) or be willing to achieve within a specific timescale.
* Up-to-date train the trainer qualifications for Moving and Handling of People or be willing to achieve within a specified timescale.
* Confident in using virtual/remote learning technology, maintains personal competence in such systems, and can engage/hold the attention of learners in a virtual learning environment.
* Capacity to work unsupervised and cooperatively with others with the ability to promote and support the effectiveness of ivolve’s employee learning and development strategies.
* Able to maintain confidentiality and deal with situations in a sensitive manner.
* Positive, resilient, and dynamic with excellent training delivery and presentation skills.
