Human Factors Specialist Client : BAE Systems Location: BAES Christchurch (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days on-site per week) Contract Length: 12 months Rate: £60.63 PAYE or £78.82 Umbrella Working arrangements: On-site presence at BAES Christchurch (3 days/week). Job Summary Support the Lead HFI Specialist in delivering User-Centred Design activities for the TRINITY programme. Conduct task analysis, usability assessments, and system evaluations to ensure alignment with user needs. Key Responsibilities Assist in integrating human factors into TRINITY design. Engage with users and stakeholders in workshops and trials. Conduct task analysis, usability assessments, and workspace evaluations. Review prototypes/mock-ups of hardware and software. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. Produce reports and customer deliverables. Essential Requirements Degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or Psychology. CIEHF membership or eligibility. 5 years' experience in defence or safety-critical industries. Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and system integration.
