The Director of Corporate Sales position leads the development and execution of the UK Corporate Sales strategy, with a primary focus on driving success in the mid-market segment. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to design, implement, and refine strategic sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. In addition, holds accountability for achieving mid-market sales targets and delivering impactful results. This pivotal leadership position operates in strict adherence to CDW’s Code of Conduct, policies, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the execution of sales plans, accelerating the growth of mid-market sales by setting KPIs, prioritising initiatives, and managing resources to consistently achieve and exceed both top-line and bottom-line targets.
* Leverage a deep understanding of the mid-market landscape and multistakeholder dynamics to continually evolve and position the sales organisation for current and future success.
* Develop and communicate a customer-focused vision, translating sales strategies into actionable plans that inspire and empower the sales team to deliver results, while consistently embodying the CDW Leadership Model.
* Proactively anticipate and adapt to changing market conditions, devising strategies to seize opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
* Lead talent management efforts within the sales organisation, including hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining top talent.
* Implement long-term workforce planning and organisational design to build a high-performing team and establish CDW as an employer of choice.
* Provide consistent coaching and development to enhance team productivity and readiness, addressing and closing any leadership skill gaps to strengthen organisational capability.
* Uphold the highest standards of business integrity and compliance, ensuring adherence to ethical practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements in a dynamic and complex technology environment.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
* Results-oriented and optimistic leader who has a track record of success on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
* At least five+ years of relevant technology leadership experience including proven track record of leading strong sales organisations and building strong talent.
* Strong success track record in consultative selling of tech solutions/services.
* Savvy C-suite relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
* Strategic thinker and exceptional executor of global strategies.
* Ability to communicate effectively and concise using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience.
