Ian Williams seeks an experienced Plasterer to join our successful Response Maintenance Business based in Bolton and working in Manchester and surrounding areas.
You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance and the refurbishments of void properties for our reputable social housing client.. We want to hear from like-minded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

The Plasterer role:
Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within our day-to-day response team, completing an average of six jobs a day, in plastering and any other associated plastering works
Passionate about people, you will pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment
Taking pride in health and safety is key to the success of this role, ensuring all actions are communicated effectively and recorded.
What will you bring as a Plasterer?
Qualified to an NVQ level 2 in Plastering
Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Plasterer role, with the use of a company van.
