Our Client: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a friendly Public Sector organisation as they embark on a programme of organisational change.You will be joining a supportive HR team to deliver a strategic customer focused service. Duration: 6 months. Immediate start. Remote working available. Must have local government experience. The Role: Building strong relationships with key service areas. Understanding the needs of these areas, and providing solutions while utilising the full resources of the people management team. Providing guidance, support, and resources to leaders and employees, ensuring they understand and embrace the changes. Responsibility for sourcing solutions across people management, and other key services, to meet specific workforce needs and for the wider organisation. Contribution to the directorate and service business plans, maintaining key contact with management teams and developing a strong understanding of service people management. Actively supporting best practice people management, while meeting the requirements of plan priorities. Contributing to the planning, development and promotion of corporate and strategic initiatives, working flexibly across all professional areas of the people management service.
