Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our back-of-house team to create well-balanced and nutritious menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences.
* Manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
* Establish strong relationships with school Bursars, Head Teachers, and faculty to deliver exceptional service.
* Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control protocols.
* Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Group Manager or General Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
* Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and support a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Financially astute, with excellent analytical and budgeting skills.
* Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and thrive under pressure.
* Meticulous organizational abilities and a high attention to detail.
