Relocruitment is delighted to be working with a leading provider of workplace and facilities management (FM) solutions, offering a range of services designed to help companies create productive, efficient and healthy workplaces.\n\nWith 25 years’ experience as a single source provider of workplace solutions for clients large and small, including Porsche, Mercedes Benz, Virgin Media O2, Dell and many more, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and expanding company.\n\nDue to continued growth, our client is looking for a Furniture & Moves Project Manager to oversee and deliver move management projects for multiple contracts.\n\nThis role requires expertise in estimating, quoting, and managing move projects while ensuring a seamless experience for clients. A background in specifying, delivering, and installing office furniture would be highly beneficial.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Estimate, quote, and prepare sales proposals for move projects\n\n * Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with Facilities and Office Managers\n\n * Plan and oversee move management and furniture installation projects\n\n * Work closely with move teams and external move managers to ensure efficient project execution\n\n * Coordinate with furniture suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation\n\n * Develop project scopes, work programs, and activity schedules in collaboration with clients\n\n * Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies\n\n * Ensure all project deliverables are met in line with agreed timelines and budgets\n\n * Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as required\n\n * Monitor and report on project progress, financials, and performance metrics\n\n * Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety best practices\n\nKey Skills & Experience:\n\n * Experience in move estimation, quoting, and project management\n\n * Strong sales and account management skills\n\n * Ability to specify and estimate office furniture requirements\n\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\n * Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality workplace solutions.
