Clinical System Support Temporary for 3 month Salary: £26k Location: Gosforth (hybrid working) We have an exciting temporary opportunity to join our Project Heart team here at Everyturn. Being a well organised, proactive and self-motivated individual, you will provide short term support of Everyturn’s new clinical management systems being implemented under Project Heart, including training, user acceptance testing, implementation and early life support, as well as supporting the systems transition into business as usual. This includes providing basic training and troubleshooting, user account management, user guidance and applications support. About the role Reporting to the Clinical Systems Administrator Lead you will support the day-to-day system activity of the clinical and administrative staff within the new systems before, during and after implementation, delivering guidance and support to staff using the system. About you SVQ/HNC in Office Administration or an IT subject with evidence of at least one years’ work experience in a similar role. Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook etc.) Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including diplomacy and discretion. Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and prioritise a complex workload Able to multi-task, and work flexibly to respond to issues as they arise Experience working with information systems is essential and exposure to clinical systems is desirable Experience and/or ability to work within a customer-focused, team-orientated environment What we offer in return We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
