About the Role
This role will offer the chance to contribute to meaningful work that impacts children’s futures while providing you with the opportunity to grow in your Salesforce career. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective maintenance of our Salesforce CRM, working closely with our CRM and Technology Manager, Chief Finance and Operations Officer, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the maintenance and optimization of our Salesforce CRM system.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system performance enhancement.
3. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
4. Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other business applications.
5. Contribute to user training and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
1. Full Salesforce Administrator certification.
2. Some hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally in a similar role.
3. Strong desire to further develop technical skills in Salesforce.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
5. Proactive and eager to contribute to the organization’s success.
