Job Description
We are thrilled to present an incredible opportunity to become part of the Ibis London Wembley family as our Front Office Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Front Office and Group Reservations teams, leading with enthusiasm while embracing and reflecting the unique culture and values that define our hotel.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Role:
To excel as our Front Office Manager, you will need:
Proven Experience: Prior experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager in a 3/4-star hospitality environment.
Leadership Skills: A natural leader capable of motivating and guiding teams to success.
Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues and guests alike.
Operational Savvy: The ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Front Office Manager, you will become part of a friendly team of 30 talents. Our hotel offers 210 Ibis rooms, and a bar-restaurant.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
