You will need to have a HVAC Level 2 or Level 3, other desirable attributes would include - Domestic Gas Safe Commercial Gas Safe CSCS Card for Heating & Ventilation SMSTS or SSSTS DBS clearance Full Driving License Have experience of domestic 1 st & 2 nd fix plumbing works. To be able to work from schematic drawings and lay out, fit, and install plant, pipework and components within plant rooms and associated areas. 2. Ensure any work is to current legal, national, industry standards. 3. Safely, efficiently & accurately operate a variety of hand-held and power tools. 4. Confidence in dealing with sub-contractors to IOD onsite to ensure the job runs smoothly, with no break in productivity. 5. To have the ability to deal with and overcome onsite issues, installation problems and unforeseens in a professional manner. 6. Good customer facing skills are important to ensure the client and any PMs are kept informed of progress and to deal with any issues or other requirements that arise on site. The package. 1.
