The Opportunity Join Holcim as a Depot Manager, where you'll be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Fareham, Eastleigh rail headsand Southampton Docks units. This pivotal role requires strong leadership skills to manage all aspects of site performance, ensuring compliance with legal, health, safety, and environmental requirements. Youll work closely with the site teams and commercial teams to maximise operational efficiency and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all staff, visitors, and contractors at the site. Maintain compliance with all legal and corporate HSEQ requirements. Manage forecasting, month-end processes, and liaise with the central finance team. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met. Oversee vessel planning and coordination at Southampton Docks to ensure material availability. Drive continual improvement of site practices, focusing on safety and efficiency. Manage site Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schemes and effective maintenance scheduling. Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure optimal site performance. Who You Are Youre a dynamic and results-driven Depot Manager with a proven track record of managing multiple units and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Your ability to lead a team, deliver financial results, and enhance operational performance will make you a valuable addition to our business. Extensive experience in depot or site management, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company values. Customer-focused with a commercial mindset, capable of identifying solutions that meet client needs. Familiarity with HSEQ standards, vessel operations, and maintenance scheduling. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering collaboration between teams. Comfortable using digital systems to monitor KPIs and manage site data. Benefits ??
