Description Reporting to the Copywriter, the Junior Copywriter will be required to research across a wide range of leading luxury brands, write product descriptions and help to ensure site content is on brand at all times. Attention to detail and excellent written English are a must, along with the ability to work to deadlines and manage workload independently. The candidate will provide full support to the Copywriter, and will also assist with admin and everyday tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, and candidate must be able to communicate at all levels, liaise directly and effectively with internal departments and external contacts. Experience on how to use a CMS, knowledge of SEO best practices, social media channels, and an understanding of how to write for the web is desirable but not essential. Responsibilities Write content for on-site pages including brand and category copy Work on copy for newsletters and homepages Research new and existing brands to keep information current Produce product copy across categories Assist with planning and publishing of social media posts Edit on-site copy to ensure it is always up-to-date & consistent Help to manage admin tasks across the team Skills & Experience Excellent written English Ability to work to tight deadlines Apt at managing workload independently Great communication skills Experience with CMS Knowledge of SEO best practices Understanding of how to write for the web Pro-active approach to work
