As a provider we will provide a safe, secure and high staffing ratio to ensure that the staff and young people are safeguarded and deliver outstanding care. As the RM you will supporting senior team who provide 24 hour support and visibility in the homes so managers do not feel isolated. Requirements: Have at least two years in a role supervising staff A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children Working as a Deputy Manager Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Or equivalent) Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or be prepared to acquire within 2 years) Full driving licence is essential To be able to provide consistency of care and support to the young people Experience working with children who may display challenging behaviour Flexibility around the rota, covering when needed.
