Job summary We need a GP with a "can do" attitude to join our AWARD-WINNING Training Practice. We are looking for an enthusaistic clinician for 5 or 6 sessions per week (must include Thursday and Friday) for a 6 month minimum period. Ideally the start date would be April 2025. Our list size is 8,800 and we have a friendly and supportive team which includes: 8 GPs ; Practice Nurses; Community Matron; GP Assistant; Nurse Practitioner; Health Care Workers; Pharmacists; Practice Manager and Deputy; Patient Support Team and Administration Services. We offer competative sessional rates GPs hold a patient list to facilitate continuity of care. There would be a named GP mentor for the period of this contract. Main duties of the job Able to provide General Practice Primary Care Services within the current PMS contract. We need a dedicated and caring team player who holds the following: MRCGP; Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP; General Practitioner (Certificate of Completion of Training CCT); Full GMC Registration; National Performers List registration; Eligibility to practice in the UK independently. Experience of working in a primary care environment along with an outstanding level of clinical knowledge and skills is essential. Newly qualified GPs are welcomed.
