Working hours: 37.5hrs per week - early /late rotation, Mon-Fri 9.00am to 21.00pm + 1 in 2 Saturdays 10.00am to 18.30pmSalary £24,000 to £28,000 including shift allowance + opportunity to earn monthly performance bonusOur client is a growing, family feel company based in amazing new offices in central Peterborough.With the introduction of a new contact centre, they are looking for a Contact Centre Ambassador, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring its smooth operation, initially with the primary focus on outbound welcome calls.
This is a full time, permanent role, which will offer hybrid working, once your induction is completed.Key duties will include:
* Completing outbound welcome calls, expanding into both inbound and outbound call services
* Resolving complaints or escalations in a timely manner and collaborating with internal teams regarding complex issues
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services and company policies
* Accurately document interactions and update customer records on the CRM system
* Providing issue trends, insights and recommendations for process improvements
The successful candidate will have:
