About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at esure Group. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Stay up-to-date with UK and EU regulatory developments and ensure that our policies and procedures are current and compliant.
* Act as a compliance expert, advising senior leaders on control environments and ensuring that our products and services comply with regulations.
* Interpret and communicate new regulatory requirements to senior management and ensure that our business is prepared for regulatory changes.
* Provide compliance input to business transformation initiatives and ensure that our risk management framework is robust and effective.
* Offer analysis on regulatory and risk developments and contribute to executive and board reporting.
* Support the Senior Managers & Certification Regime and maintain regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with the Risk & Compliance team for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
* Assist in embedding a customer-focused compliance culture and review and develop LMS training to meet regulatory standards.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar compliance/audit role within Financial Services, ideally in Insurance.
* Solid understanding of the UK Regulatory environment and relevant legislation.
* Experience interpreting regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the business.
* Ability to review procedures, communicate findings, and influence senior management to ensure compliance.
