The Finance Manager will work within the Accounting & Finance department of a not-for-profit organisation, primarily responsible for overseeing financial operations, implementing strategies, and supporting organisational objectives. Description Oversee the finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Implement financial strategies in line with organisational objectives. Produce accurate financial reports and statements. Manage budgets and financial plans. Monitor all financial transactions and audit financial data. Engage with stakeholders and present financial information as required. Assist in the decision-making process through financial insights. Ensure that all financial operations align with the organisation's mission. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: QBE, part-qualified or above. Extensive knowledge in financial management and accounting principles. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
