Additional infrequent travel to sites in UK, Europe and North America Contract length: 12 month initial contract - potential to be extended IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Digital Scheduler / Cell Scheduler on behalf of a highly reputable company in the Renewable Energy industry. This role is a 12 month rolling contract, based at their Lincoln office location on a hybrid basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the allocated supply chain projects including developing scope, defining resources, budgeting, incentivizing success, and ensuring project completion. The successful Project Manager will have a proven track record of successful supply chain project delivery. This includes experience managing projects, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate project plans and timelines. Execute end-to-end supply chain processes. Analyse impact and business performance of supply chain patterns. Develop cost-benefit analysis of proposed initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams. Manage third-party vendors to ensure project success. Review project performance and present status updates to stakeholders. Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions. Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Manage and communicate to the various project stakeholders Key Skills / Experience Required: Proven Project Management experience in supply chain project delivery Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field would be ideal Understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process Supply Chain Project Management experience in Energy / Aerospace sectors would be ideal Experience in leading multifunctional teams with complex products Experience working in a corporate environment. Familiarity with Engineering systems such as Team Centre Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledgeable in project management software and systems. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
