Come and join our UK Central Functions People Services team as a People Operations Team Leader reporting to the Head of HR Operations you will lead and develop the People Support Co-Ordinators to deliver a responsive, accurate, effective, friendly and engaging administrative service to Impellam Group employees, candidates, alumni and key business operation stakeholders. Day to day responsibilities to include: Lead, coach, train and develop the Team Drive engagement, encourage collaboration and embed fundamental operational procedures Manage activity tracking and review workload distribution Ensure talent management processes such as Promise Based Management are fully embedded including development and career planning Design, develop and maintain a system for quality control of documentation Manage the production of monthly analytics Be the escalation point and first point of contact for Senior Leadership Team support Support the production of all necessary reports required for Payroll Data governance integrity / Data cleansing Supporting the business with departmental restructuring and inter-brand transfers Support the Head of HR Operations with the co-ordination, review and implementation of any procedural, regulated, legislative, or company policy changes Collaborate with the People Data & People Experience Teams to ensure all processes are aligned to drive employee engagement & a great customer experience About You: A CIPD Level 5 qualified Team Leader driven to deliver with a background in HR Administration passionate about working as part of a team who cares about making a difference and aligns to our vision.
