About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Estates Project Specialist to join our client's team, a leading player in the food and agriculture sector. This role will involve coordinating and managing property maintenance, development, and administrative activities across the agricultural portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Property Management: Ensure accurate records for property management, including maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance documents.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including utilities providers, environmental agencies, designers, and local authorities.
* Team Support: Collaborate with construction and development teams, particularly for refurbishments and new farm creations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in property or facilities management, ideally within the agricultural sector.
* Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Familiarity with Town and Country Planning and Environmental Permitting.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships.
* A willingness to travel and work away from home as required.
