Are you experienced in fire & security, IT solutions, or technology sales and ready to take your career to the next level? Scot-Tech Fire & Security is looking for a Technical Business Development Executive to drive growth, manage key accounts, and expand our presence in the commercial fire & security market, throughout Scotland but predominantly in the North East.

What You'll Do:
1. Develop new business & manage key accounts within the fire & security sector
2. Sell fire & security systems & service contracts to commercial clients
3. Identify & target high-value opportunities using your industry knowledge
4. Lead the full sales process—from first contact to closing deals
5. Capture leads and drive sales performance using our CRM system
6. Ensure effective and efficient bid management to optimise resource allocation and maximise win rate
7. Work closely with operations & marketing to elevate sales impact
What You’ll Bring:
1. Fire & security industry experience—technical, operational, or sales (preferred but not essential)
2. OR experience selling IT products or services in a customer-facing role
3. Ability to manage technology-based projects from initial consultation to completion
4. Strong relationship-building skills with business clients
5. Ability to drive sales performance and work to targets
6. Excellent communication skills, resourceful and engaging.
7. Ability to build plans and bring teams together for mutual success.
