Service Engineer
Duties: Servicing water treatment equipment which is used in the Healthcare and Scientific markets.
Location: Field-based covering Harrogate and the surrounding areas.
Rota: 4 days on - 4 days off.
Responsibilities:
1. On-Site Maintenance: Conducting both preventative and corrective maintenance, including commissioning, upgrades, and refurbishments.
2. Technical Support: Offering after-sales technical and commercial support to clients, and gathering feedback to assist in future product development.
3. Customer Focus: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering recommendations to enhance system reliability and productivity.
4. Troubleshooting and Fault Finding: You'll be hands-on, solving challenges to keep systems running smoothly.
5. On-Call Flexibility: As you grow in the role, you'll join our 'On-Call Rota' to ensure our clients receive support when they need it most.
Required Experience:
1. Previous experience as a Service Engineer.
2. Desirable - Knowledge of water treatment equipment.
Qualifications: Ideal - but not essential - NVQ in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or similar.
Driving Licence: A FULL UK driving licence is essential for this role.
