Are you an experienced, proactive and efficient Administrator, with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a busy and varied role supporting colleagues proactively?
If so, we have just registered a brilliant temporary role with a growing company in Witney.
This will be a varied and responsible assignment. The team are ambitious and supportive but will be looking for someone who is relatively self-sufficient who is able to use their initiative to find their feet and make the role their own.
Starting as soon as possible, the successful candidate will be working a 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday. This will be ongoing for around three months.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Office Administrator Responsibilities
Ensure office supplies are always up to date and available.
Booking food deliveries.
Arranging meetings and rooms.
Assisting with website uploads.
Editing documents.
Email and inbox management.

Temporary Office Administrator Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced office setting, assisting with a range of clerical tasks.
Friendly and organised, this role will require constant interaction with other members of the company - you should relish the opportunity to communicate with a broad range of people.
It will be key that you can use the MS Office suite to an advanced standard and are confident when picking up new systems.
It will be important that you can demonstrate a “can do” attitude and you should be happy picking up a range of tasks, some of which might be new.
