As a Product Manager, you will:

* Utilise agile methodologies to manage product lifecycles, prioritise backlogs, and deliver iterative improvements.
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
* Champion agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Defining and executing the product roadmap with a strong emphasis on capability-building and transformative outcomes.
* Engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and translating them into actionable product requirements.
* Monitoring and measuring the success of product initiatives through KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to ensure timely delivery and value realisation.
* Advocating for user-centric design and seamless experiences, balancing technical feasibility and customer expectations.

* Has proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on transformation and capability development.
* Demonstrates expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
* Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
* Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.
* Has experience working on large-scale change initiatives, including organisational and digital transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
