What Were Looking For:
* CIPD Level 5 Do you have the quals ?
* ER Know-How Advanced employee relations knowledge.
* Leadership Skills Youve led a team and know how to inspire others.
* FMCG Experience ideally you have thrived in a fast-paced, busy manufacturing environment.
* Training Wizardry Youve delivered learning programs that make a difference.
* Data Enthusiast Youre comfortable using numbers to back decisions.
