This is a great opportunity for a highly flexible, personable, and organised FoH/Patient Care Coordinator to be front of house at this relatively newly set up luxury healthcare clinic in the heart of Ascot.
This role requires you to work with the practice's HNW clients and ensure that first-class customer service standards are always met.
Candidates should be highly organised and adaptable, able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess the ability to multitask and handle several clients at one time professionally and calmly.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the Reception area
2. Communicating with Clients over email and telephone
3. Entering client details into the practice's database
4. Meet and greet on the day of consultation
5. Overseeing invoicing and liaising with the finance department
6. Liaising with the Bookings Administrator
