Pension contribution Company social events Extensive support and training within the Home Instead network You will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the appropriate support and a high-quality service and also be responsible for the implementation, overview, organisation, and delivery of training programmes to improve the knowledge, skills, and competence of Care Professionals. In this varied and challenging role, you will be involved in: Support care consultations, service reviews and completing client support plans. Conduct staff supervisions and support visits, and client QA’s. Create, update and audit client care plans and assist with digital care planning. Completing care calls when setting up a new package if existing carers do not have capacity as well as covering calls outside of office hours when necessary. Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner. Conduct client and Care Professional introductions. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care. Support and mentor Care Professionals. Deliver the country specific Induction Training programme for all new Care Professionals, ensuring they attain the relevant level of competence to deliver their role. Complete on the job competency assessments to ensure Care Professionals have the right skills and knowledge. Work closely with the office team to ensure all new Care Professionals are fully supported in their first 3 months of employment. Responsible for delivering training as outlined in the Care Professional Development Journey for all Care Professionals, ensuring all relevant refresher training is completed within the correct timescales. Develop training and enhance the skills of the existing team through personal development plans. Identify and agree additional training or development needed to build competence and confidence of Care Professionals. Any other duties as directed by your line manager. Participate in on-call duties as required.
