Hours Days based;
Monday Thursday 7.30 4.30pm
Friday 7.30 12.30pm
Overtime x1.5 in week and Saturdays x2 Sunday

Tier 1 component supplier, specialising in the machining and assembly of products for the power generation and off-highway industries. The company has proudly delivered solutions to a broad range of customers around the world.
Housed in a new facility that offers state-of-the-art technology you will be joining a highly competent engineering team, producing small to large components to a high level of complexity and variety.
Who can do it?
This role could suit someone who is a fully skilled CNC Turner Machinist who is looking to progress into an off-tools role, or someone already working in a support capacity
⦁ Apprentice trained time served CNC Machinist
⦁ Fully able to read drawings and customer standards.
⦁ Able to programme and set CNC Lathes with live tooling at the machine.
⦁ Knowledge of Mazak/Mazatrol essential
⦁ Involvement with shopfloor process issues and process improvement
⦁ Ordering of new tools for NPI projects.
⦁ Liaise with customers.

⦁ Generating programs and proving them
⦁ Manufacturing parts to customer instruction
⦁ Giving guidance on best method of manufacture
⦁ Supporting employees to achieve customer deadlines.
