Are you a HCPC registered Physiotherapist looking to start a new and exciting role?
Our client is seeking a caring and experienced band 6 Physiotherapist to work within their orthopaedic and trauma team at a well-established NHS trust hospital based in Hertfordshire, Watford. You will be required to start as soon as possible, full-time hours per week.
Applying physiotherapists will need to have previous experience working in an orthopaedics setting, providing treatment to service users, to be considered for the role.
Duties within this role will include:
1. Managing own ITU caseload
2. Treating patients undergoing planned surgery
3. Post-operative intervention
4. Monitoring and evaluating patients progress
5. Pre-admission and pre-operative assessment
6. Treating spinal cord injury
7. Making referrals when necessary to other healthcare professionals
To be considered for this role you must have:
8. Relevant degree/qualification in physiotherapy
9. HCPC registered
10. Previous experience working in orthopaedics
11. Excellent communication skills
12. The ability to work well within a team
13. Good problem solving skills
14. Full vaccination against COVID-19
