Your new role
This is a 6-month fixed term contract role in Norwich as an HR Projects Manager/Consultant - that can be full or part-time and offers hybrid working options.
Reporting to the HR Director, this HR project role involves leading the review and enhancement of their policy framework. Key responsibilities include updating and modernising policies, simplifying the language, and making them more user-friendly. You'll also review GDPR processes and their handbook.
The HR team prioritises the employee experience, fostering a culture of authenticity and trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law, proven experience in HR policy development, and a background in employee relations and GDPR compliance.
